Recently, during the inspection of a batch of recycled kraft paper declared for import, customs officers from Haicang Customs in Xiamen found that some of the recycled kraft paper had dirt, mold, and obvious water stains. After identification, 36 rolls and 65.57 tons of recycled kraft paper are foreign garbage.

　　According to the Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, China prohibits the import of foreign garbage in any form. Those who illegally import foreign garbage into the country shall be punished and ordered to return it in accordance with the law. If a crime is committed, criminal responsibility shall be pursued in accordance with the law.
